The Writer of Annoying Little Letters, telling you what you already know is wrong with your house, while his own looks like the back of a bus. The standards inspector( alias Estate Manager) Jan DA Grotta has unfortunately not grown a backbone to reply to many issues raised on this website. Apparently emails seem to hit miss too.

Now the question is: What does ExCom and Eskom have in common? They are both quick to ask for a major increase, but when we need the power, there is a total blackout. No wonder they are so similarly named.

The pink house is still pink, so I guess Jan DA Grotta’s annoying little letters are as effective as Eskom these days. Could the “power cut” be because they are dealing with one of their own?
