The Association has a new official website. Yes, they have finally reached the 21st century! But what’s this … no constitution? Are they ashamed of their own constitution? And their building regulations? I would think that this would be the first thing that an association would put on their OFFICIAL website. Again I ask the question …. WHAT HAVE THEY GOT TO HIDE? Why do they make it so difficult to get to this document which clearly should be the heart of the association? Just asking …

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a Trackback…especially since the association hasn’t seen fit to formally copy each member with the updated constitution. surely each party to an amended contract must be given a copy? with such a large membership, many of whom are non-resident, it’s quite conceivable that many members/residents still have no idea that the constitution has been altered.
