There is legal proof of it. Why are they then denying my building alterations without the approval of the MDGA. So the MDGA must be legal. Subs must be paid up before MDGA approves such plans. Again they must be legal to enforce such a rule. So as the chairman of the MDGA said - do not hold back on subs. Ignorance is an evil thing. Again look what happened at San Marina. People believed in a few individuals in not paying subs and never did their homework properly. Why loose furniture and cars over a +-R200 a year subs and to be blacklisted on top of that.
